EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Email communication serves as a powerful resource for reaching out to your customers and keeping them informed. In our application, we leverage the potential of email to notify customers about their invoices, newsletters, and personalized messages. While it is not mandatory for customers to have an email address, it becomes essential if they wish to log into the system and access its features.

Here's how email communication benefits your business:

• Invoice Notifications: Email notifications ensure that customers receive timely updates regarding their invoices. This helps streamline the payment process and improves overall communication between your business and its customers.

• Newsletters: Email newsletters allow you to share important updates, promotions, and relevant industry information with your customers. This helps maintain engagement, build brand loyalty, and foster ongoing customer relationships.

• Custom Messages: Utilizing email, you can send personalized messages to individual customers, tailoring your communication to their specific needs or inquiries. This enhances the customer experience and demonstrates your dedication to addressing their concerns.

While email is not mandatory, it serves as an essential tool for customer login and accessing the full functionality of the system. By leveraging email communication effectively, you can enhance customer engagement, improve communication, and ensure a seamless user experience within the application.

Embrace the power of email communication to keep your customers informed, engaged, and connected with your business. See personnel management.

Internal Messages

There is internal messages in the system as well. You can use this message service to contact everyone that is entered into the application. The users that are logged in will see a bell and hear a sound letting them know they have unread messages. We will speak more on this later, I just mentioned it here because it goes hand and hand with the email message system.
