  • How much do you charge for setting the software up?
  • We do not charge for setting up the software. You can check it out for 30 days free of charge. If it is not for you then you owe us nothing.
  • Do you Set Up Business Emails?
  • Yes, we set up all your business emails.
  • Do I Have To Replace My Current Website?
  • No, you do not have to replace your current website to use this software. If you like the way your current website looks and functions you can use this application like an add on. Furthermore, we can style it with the same colors and logo of your current website.

Geo Location

  • Does this software have Geo Location Capabilities?
  • Yes. It tracks all your equipment, drivers in route and your customer locations and puts them on a map for you!

Routes

  • Can I easily add a route in the software?
  • Yes, Adding a route has never been easier. You are 1 Click away from adding a route.
  • Can I put multiple customers on a route quickly?
  • Yes, you are one click away from assigning thousands of customers to your routes.
  • Can I see A Map Of Everyone On My Routes?
  • Yes, you can see everyone on your route on a map. If you hover over the marker it will give you the name and address of that customer. Additionally if you click on that marker it will take you to that customers profile where you can edit there too.
  • Can I print out invoices for everyone on a specific route?
  • Yes, when you are on the route page you can print out invoices and envelopes for everyone that is on that specific route

Customers

  • Can I add all my customers to this system quickly?
  • Yes, if you have a spreadsheet of all your customers you can add them very quickly. Just upload the spreadsheet to the software no matter how many customers you have.
  • Do my customers have to have an online account to pay their invoices?
  • No, your customers do not have to have an online account. You can still accept cash, checks, money orders and record their payment quickly within the system.
  • Can I see my customers location on a map?
  • Yes, all customer locations are plotted out on the map, the plot is taken from the address entered.
  • Can My Customers Pay Me Online?
  • Yes your customers can pay you online.
  • Can my customers schedule additional pickups on the app?
  • Yes they can!
  • Can my customers contact me about anything on the app?
  • Yes they can!

Equipment

  • Are all my trucks and dumpsters tracked via geo location?
  • Yes, whenever you drop a dumpster off you note that in the app. When you do it plots the drop off location. When a driver starts his route every morning and signs in the app tracks their location throughout the day. So you always know where your equipment is.
  • Does this app inventory all my equipment?
  • Yes, once you enter the equipment it is stored in the database. You can then print it out with all of the location addresses next to the equipment.
  • Can I put my dumpsters up for rent on the website?
  • Yes, you can rent out any type of equipment you want on the site. They will appear by default on the front page of your website.

Employees

  • Is there a time clock in the app where my employees can clock in and out every day?
  • Yes, when you set up an employee within the app they will see a time clock at the bottom of every page on the app.
  • Is there a W2 Form for them to fill out?
  • Yes, before a time clock will appear for the employee they must fill out a W2 form. Additionally, you will have to fill out what they are being paid and if there are any deductions to the employees check like Health Insurance, Child Support and things like that.
  • Does the software calculate taxes for federal and state?
  • Yes, they app will calculate all the taxes for federal, state and local tax.
  • Does the app include employee incentives?
  • Yes, you can establish a bonus for each employee. Additionally, you can set how much to deduct from the bonus every time the employee clocks in late.
  • Will the app notify me if an employee clocks in late?
  • Yes, if an employee clocks in late you will be emailed immediately.
