This robust software comes capable of recording payments of invoices easily. When you first click on Invoices the system will load up all the unpaid invoices. You can very easily see the paid invoices as well just by click the green paid invoices button. Additionally, you will see several print options on this page as well. Lets go over the print options.

1. Print all Unpaid Invoices. This button will show you a printout of all the unpaid invoices that you have. If you want to print then just print them out from that page by hitting control P or Command P on a Mac. This may take a few minutes to generate if there are a lot of unpaid invoices.

2. Print all Unpaid Commercial invoices. If you just want to print out all your unpaid commercial invoices then you can do that with this button.

3. Print all unpaid residential invoices. Here you can print all the unpaid residential customer invoices.

4. If you are using labels to put on the envelopes you can print out all the residential customers address onto label paper. They print out 3 across and 10 down.

5. If you just want to print labels for your commercial accounts you can use this option.

6. If you just want to print out labels for residential customers that have not entered their email you can choose “All Residential Address Labels No Email” button.

7. If you want to print out labels for commercial accounts who do not have an email entered, you can choose “All Commercial Address Labels No Email” button.

Additionally, if you want to print out unpaid invoices and labels according to the routes, then you can select the route and you will see the options to print unpaid invoices and labels within each route. This software is equipped with pagination so that if you have thousands of invoices it will not use up all your server resources to generate those invoices.
