Routes are a central feature utilized by managers, drivers, and customers within our application. Whether you have a small or large customer database, comprising thousands of entries, our application is designed to streamline the process and make it quick and easy for you to get everything up and running smoothly.

To facilitate the efficient management of routes, we offer a convenient bulk add feature. This feature allows you to add customers to routes based on their addresses in a swift and straightforward manner. By utilizing this feature, you can save time and effort by automating the process of assigning customers to routes.

With our bulk add feature, you can seamlessly import customer data from your uploaded database spreadsheet and map their addresses to the appropriate routes. This enables you to efficiently organize and assign customers to routes, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.

Route Tracking

Geo Location tracking is applied to all Routes within the system. When a driver starts their Route, the Geo Location feature records and plots their location on the map. The system updates the Geo Location data at regular intervals, typically every 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the driver's phone's internet connection. Additionally, the driver has to have the application open on his phone for this to operate appropriately.
