Every user role has different search results when it comes to the main search feature. This is the little search box on the top right hand corner when on a Desktop or Laptop. To access it on mobile then you need to click the menu button where it is revealed.

Let’s go over what each role sees when using the search feature.

Manage Search

There is also a search feature on the manage page. You can target people, Routes or Equipment. This feature is available to managers. Although the search feature above is very powerful this search feature is more targeted to specific requests. To access the feature click “Manage” then you will see 3 search boxes there. As you start typing in one of the boxes the results will show on the right of the page. When you find what you’re looking for click on the result and it will take you to the proper location.

If you need to find a specific person, a particular piece of equipment, or a specific route, using this method is highly effective. However, it's essential to know that the search feature above can also lead you to the same results. The main advantage of this search feature is its targeted approach, making it even more precise in locating what you're looking for.

Mega Search

In addition to the 2 search options above there is a mega search option. What this search does is makes it easy for you to find something specific about your users. Here is the search criteria to choose from.

You may only remember a bits and pieces of a users information. For example, you may remember their street name. So you would select a “Street Name” from this and then enter what you remember or a portion of it. The system will then find the results for you. Additionally, if you need to know who has not paid their invoices you can select “Non Paying Customers” and deal with them appropriately. We tried to make the mega search more targeted to users and the information in their accounts to make it quick and easy for you to find.

Also there is a search on the Mega search page that allows you to search by dates. This comes in handy when you are trying to find out when someone signed up.
