Bulk invoicing simplifies the process of invoicing a large number of customers efficiently. In our application, managers and dispatchers have exclusive access to perform bulk invoicing tasks. Here's how the bulk invoicing feature works:
1. Choose a designated day each month for bulk invoicing.
2. On the bulk invoicing page, you will find a list of Route Names displayed on the left-hand side. These names correspond to the routes you have set up in the system.
3. Alongside each Route Name, you will see the estimated revenue generated from that particular route.
4. The recurrence of each route is also indicated, providing insight into the frequency of invoicing.
5. The number of customers assigned to each route is displayed, accompanied by a field where you can enter the charge amount for each customer.
6. The last column shows the date and time when the last set of invoices was sent out.
By presenting these details in a clear and organized manner, our application streamlines the bulk invoicing process. This enables managers and dispatchers to efficiently manage invoicing tasks, ensuring accurate charges and timely delivery of invoices to customers.
Choose your designated bulk invoicing day, review the information provided for each route, enter the appropriate charges for customers, and leverage the efficiency of our application to streamline your invoicing operations.
If you would rather not do bulk invoicing every month manually you have the option to have this process executed automatically. The system will take the default values that you see in the “Bulk Route Invoicing” for the monthly charge and create those invoices. This is done via a cron job within the application and is executed on the first of every month. If you prefer to only do this manually like mentioned above in “Bulk Route Invoicing” then you will be able to choose that in the options page.
