The Geo position entry here is your latitude and longitude coordinance and they are separated with a comma like this, 41.6614198,-78.8125199 . This plots that map Geo location on the front of your website so that when people visit they can see where your building is located. To get these coordinance just Google the address of your building. Right click on the map marker and you will see your coordinance.
Company Name
Enter the full company name in this field. Waste Management LLC or something like that. This is also good for Search Engine Optimization.
Company Phone Number
Enter you company Phone number. This will be shown and use throughout the application.
Enter your company email. This too will be shown and used throughout the application.
Company Address
Enter your fill companies physical address on this line. Starting with the street and end with the zip code like this. 111 Commons Alley, Kane, PA 16735. If you are wondering why we have a Geo location above and a full address here it is because some companies prefer to use their PO Box even if they have a brick and mortar building.
State Abbreviation
Enter your state abbreviation. We use this for tax purposes to calculate the correct tax for your state for payroll.
Company PO Box
If you use a PO Box enter that here instead of your address. This is also the address used on your invoices. Enter the complete PO Box Address here. PO Box, City, State and zip code. If you only use a physical address re-enter that here.
EIN Number
Enter your Employer Identification Number that you received from the IRS here. We use this when figuring out your taxes.
